I have contacted the manufacturer who state the machine is obsolete , and finding a tech or docs my be difficult. I remember leaving a note during purchase that items sent to my place sometimes arrive damaged. The seller clearly has taken this into account. I am leaving a couple of pictures to show this. There was a big box inside which there is overkill padding and inside which there is another bubble wrap which holds this.
