The seller had downgraded its condition to "acceptable" after I'd pointed out the cover's somewhat "battered" condition; and then accepted my offer. Just as well I made an offer as the handbook wasn't as large and compendious as I'd expected; and probably 50% adverts! Very expensive for what it was. But there was nothing else I could find to provide the information I required.
