    The worst experience to date. The seller shipped 2 plates in a REGULAR envelope. When I contacted seller immediately that both plates were broken, seller was unresponsive. I sent photos and this was done immediately upon opening. When I threatened negative feedback, seller responded that they wanted photo of envelope and basically accused me of breaking the plates. After a couple more days and countless messages seller offered one third of item price. Of course eBay had to step in.
