Box was crushed on one end and dock suffered a small crack. I feel fortunate it works but would definitely be cautious when ordering from this particular seller. Other than that was a decent transaction.

Packaging was very poor, just threw the retail-boxed docking station into a thin, non-padded envelope. As expected box was pretty crushed but luckily product inside was intact. Price on the dock was good so I did get good value, but a bit bummed about the box which as a collector I am keeping. B+

When it didn’t arrive to me, responded promptly to my message with plan to send again to correct address. When item arrived, it was the wrong version. When notified about the error, responded promptly by sending the correct item. Correct item is currently en route. Hoping there are no issues with the third attempt. Overall, good communication and timely responses. Shipping speed is slow, but hard to complain about free shipping.
