    I am deeply disappointed with ebay. It was not mentioned that customs duty will be charged separately and not included in shipping charges. When the product came to my home, I was charged import tax which ebay didn't pay to customs department. The shipping charges were already twice the cost of product. This is unfair and I lost trust in ebay. There is no option to call or email ebay. The only option is to message in the ebay website which I didn't get reply at all since two weeks.
