        I can’t rate the item because I never received it. I purchased on June 5. Order still had not arrived by June 19. After reaching out to seller, they tried to escalate the issue to usps but item still said late arrival until it stopped updating on June 13 at a facility 30 minutes away from me. Seller asked if I wanted to wait on item or refund and I magically received a refund before responding back. Grateful for my money back but overall just an unpleasant experience.

        I am sorry for your experience but the ring was shipped the same day as purchased and unfortunately the shipping co. lost it. Your refund was issued once you decided to contact me and I saw how long it had been. No magic there, just a responsive seller taking initiative when a buyer has an issue.
