I needed a new one because the 2 plastic hooks that attach it to the vehicle were snapped on mine and it won’t stay in (due to my 82-yr-old mother constantly opening it when riding with me. She opened it on a cold winter morning and snapped the plastic. The used one I purchased from you already had these plastic hooks broken so will not stay up. The whole glovebox just falls down. How do I go about returning it to you for refund? Thanks.
