      AVOID THIS DISHONEST SELLER!! I ordered an item from her listed as NEW and FACTORY SEALED. When it arrived, I was shocked that it was open and USED. The cord was unraveled, and several items were missing including the instruction manual and installation CD. I contacted her politely and requested a refund. She became confrontational, and (unfortunately) began to lie about the facts. I opened a case with eBay to resolve this fraud. eBay ruled in my favor. What a sad commentary on her character!
