      The Unique engine required a lot of TLC. The reverse-forward unit was coming apart and had to be fixed. The motor was cleaned, oiled & lubed with gear lube . It now runs much smoother and seems to have adequate power to pull several cars behind it . This engine was in a poor state of operation and ran a long time without being serviced. Just OK.
