Any criticisms are for Sony, not the seller ☺️ Securely packed with no signs of damage during transit, just general wear and tear as was described. A big reason I got this was as a replacement for Spotify premium, which is £12 a month now. I'd say this one-off £40 for shipping from Japan to the UK (2 weeks earlier than estimated!) was a good investment. Very happy!
