Asked for partial refund of £20 for cost to replace screen. Tbh did offer refund on return but needed the laptop. Replaced screen & had already been tampered with. Wasnt willing to help, said it was my fault (was like this as soon as opened lid) & started ranting stuff like live by the gun die by the gun. I would personally avoid this seller again, others seem to have similar experiences
