        The only problem was that Windows 11 was installed under the AHCI setting and not the RAID setting, in the BIOS. The default setting for Dell Workstations is RAID. Thus, when I tried to start the computer, I got the Blue Screen of Death. It took a while to figure out what the problem was. Then I had to reinstall Windows 11 under the correct (default) RAID setting. Thus, the only reason for 4 stars. The quality, condition, value and appearance of the machine are all good.
