By accepting the return and not issuing a full refund, she lied in order to save a few dollars. Thank goodness most Sellers are more honest and want a happy customer. She just isn’t one of them. For the record, Ebay deducted the shipping and ruled in my favor. It seems they have had problems with you before. This may be why.
