I had wanted a plain black hob cover, but the one I received had some images/pictures on it. I explained this to the seller and they promptly arranged a full refund. Disappointed not to get that item that I had expected, however a fair outcome in the circumstances. I decided to reorder but an empty package arrived in a resealed Amazon envelope. I’ve provided evidence to eBay who have refunded me again having determined that nothing was in the parcel. I tried to reach out to the seller who disputed the lack of an item but when shown the photos, went silent.

Packaging was quite light and prob courrier throwing it around, battery had become dislodged from housing and was rattling around in box. Not ideal but no harm done. Took a few more days to come than was stated, but as I said, works. ⭐
