Mir wurde in zwei Telefonaten versichert, dass die Wasserpumpe im Lager sei und erneut versendet wurde, nachdem angeblich das Sendungsetikett beschädigt wurde. - Gemäß der Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Parket allerdings nur vor angekündigt. Heute erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass die Pumpe vom Postdienst beschädigt wurde. Alles sehr schwer zu glauben und sehr unprofessionell! Schade!
