- 0***d (340)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem works but the included heatsink / fan combo can barely dissipate 140W of heat, much less the 250-300W an SXM2 module can dissipate. The lack of spring loaded fasteners means you need to be VERY careful when tightening the heatsink down otherwise you'll crack either the GPU or HBM2 dies. I even tried modifying the heatsink to prevent air leakage from the fan from circumventing the heatsink.
