    Seller contacted contacted prior to sale to ask about damages. They said no damage &used 2times, so I expected "used, but like new" condition. Before shipping, seller found holes & repaired (I never approved of repair, but ok). Upon arrival I noticed scratches/damage to front of bag & that waist tie straps were missing from bag (included in my past northface borealis backpacks), damages not consistent of an undamaged bag that was used only 2times. Feeling decieved & upset. Proceed with caution.
