I shall be returning it for a refund. Very disappointed to have this hassle. Dealer was very quick to refund me and apologise for not noticing the flaws, and said to dispose of it as I wish rather than return it. His first response was to offer to send another one but this had a faded letter. This was a very disappointing buying experience.
