    not happy recieved laptop it isnt working iv told the seller he said take battery out then put it back in i then told him i had done that, his reply was oh im sorry it was working ok when i sent it. i told him i will need to spend more money now to get fix he only offerd a apology i then ask he why it had been relisted he said other buyer changed his mind, im sorry but i think i have been scammed.

    I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. As I told you I'm more than happy to issue you a refund. Item was checked before sent and it was working, as I have the evidence photo from that day, adding additional programs to the laptop. My communication was constant, trying to give you advice how ro resolve booting error, but as I said, I can issue you a full refund, but you only wrote an unfair review. All my reviews are excellent, I'm not a scammer.
