    Charlie tried to accommodate and did end up sending the correct product that worked but the entire process took a couple of months. The film didn't fit the projector so now we paid $175 for a new bulb with no benefit of seeing our old films. This is not Charlie's fault, so I won't send it back, but it ended up to be a huge waste of money.
