Initially, I contacted the sender, and a very friendly person sought solutions. He was very surprised at how long the shipment took. Apparently, this is a transatlantic issue. This is the only drawback beyond the sender's control, due to the lengthy transport time from the US to Belgium. The question remains why it remained in various depots in the US for so long, and why Belgian customs held it
