    The item as described and at a fair price, and for that I am appreciative. However, the transaction was handled very poorly. I had to make multiple unnecessary trips to the post office because no signature was required for delivery a $500+ purchase. I reached out with a simple question, the seller’s response was dismissive: “Once I deliver to the post office, it is out of my hands.” That attitude and lack of customer care is unacceptable, poor handling of shipping & unprofessional disposition

    I genuinely appreciate you recognizing the item was as described and fairly priced. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with the shipping process was frustrating. I understand your concerns about the delivery method for a high-value item and the inconvenience it caused. While it's true that once an item is accepted by the carrier it is out of my direct control, I realize now that my response came across as dismissive, and for that, I sincerely apologize. That wasn't my intention.
