He accepted the return, however, the postage he sent, once printed was considered a copy and was not accepted by the post office. Therefore, I had to pay postage. Apparently there are 2 types of manuals for the toyota grand highlander hybrid, it is not the one this buyer wanted. i have listed the manual and clearly can see the HYBRID but on the MEDIA BOOK, the buyer did not see it.
