As a minimum they should tell you what size masonry drill bit to use and how deep to drill. They should also tell you how to use the screws (by breaking off the threaded tubes that are designed for the bolts (both supplied). This is not the fault of the seller. The Yale website implies that it is self evident but it isn’t. I got it securely fitted in the end but it wasn’t at all easy. The seller did well.
