Mi ero raccomandata nel dire che era importante un buon imballaggio per ricevere al meglio gli oggetti che avrei dovuto regalare. In queste condizioni non posso regalarli. Nel pacco che mi è arrivato gli oggetti erano incartati solo con carta, non sufficiente a proteggere il contenuto lungo il viaggio. Una vera delusione. I have packed them very well. I am responsible for UK delivery but Ebay Global Shipping Team are the ones who use international carrier therefore this should be flagged to them for investigation. Please be absolutely reassured I have done everything I could here and there are no errors from my side.
