    The item was lost the moment it got to the shipping company. Tracking # never worked, and the website to track it was down half the time. There is now a history of this issue; I have seen several others in the reviews. The pictures they gave me had DHL labels on it and went through "ebayspeedpak" and "Orangeconnex," not DHL. They could be linked, but it's sketchy as all I would avoid at all costs. They did, however, keep me informed about the loss of the item and offer a refund.
