    Loved the speed of the transactions, the only thing I would add is to reach out to customers if shipping has changed, I saw that mine was changed from what was specified in the shipping address for the transaction... and then I saw the package left in plain sight from the shipper/logistics company (fedex). Please reach out to customers to give them the option to have the packaged signed for or redirected for safety and security purposes of the package.

    Horrible customer service, especially Crystal! She said the phone was new which it was not, it was used, which was super obvious. Sent my return request and they sent me a label couple days later and tried to reach out to them when it got stuck in customs. She ignored repeated attempts as I tried to message her as well as ignored FedEx when they tried to reach out to her. I would never buy from the seller ever again nor would I ever recommend “her” or them to anyone.
