He asked for an additional payment for shipping several times, paid once, delayed delivery, asked for more money, I did not agree. He gave non-existent tracking numbers via DHL - checked with DHL. After 10-12 days I said I would contact eBay and PayPal to cancel the purchase and get a refund - after that the package arrived in 4 days.
