    Not very happy with how the whole transaction turned out. Purchased my first Macbook from seller as it was not working properly. Because seller was responsive to my concerns, decided to give him my business again and purchased another laptop and returned the first. When the second one came, the track pad didn't work properly. Tried to live with it, but too much of a hassle. So attempted to return the 2nd laptop, only to have him tell me to just use a mouse? Huh?? Now stuck with a faulty laptop.

    Track pad was working when the laptop was delivered. Using a mouse with the laptop is not out of the ordinary. I always use a mouse. I would appreciate a revision of the feedback. Thanks for your understanding.
