    I don't want to leave negative review, so NEUTRAL. The Seller replied to all my requests once I saw was not shipping and contacted. Seller said they were looking for the item. Finally said they had recently "moved" and thought maybe in storage somewhere. I become concerned with fragile china plates and potential damage. Attached is copy of the message. After 7 days & not finding, I asked that they initiate a refund for the item and shipping costs, which they did. I needed those plates. Grr
