    The slippers a great. Definitely hand made. The seller was amazing! I had ordered the slippers before canada post went on strike, however the slippers were either lost or held up by the time they were on strike. Communication with the seller was very easy and dealt with immediately. I was sent another pair which arrived before estimated . the original pair is going to arrive whenever postal service is back in service but i was told to just keep both pairs. There was no extra costs added
