        PLEASE EBAYERS BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS WICKED SOUL OF A PERSON. OPENED A RETURN AND EBAY APPROVED IT. WAS WAITING FOR IT TO BE DISPATCHED SO WHEN I RECEIVE IT WILL REFUND HIM WHICH I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH. NO SIGN OF RETURN THE NEXT IS MESSAGING ME THAT MICROSOFT WANT TO REPAIR SOMETHING INSIDE THE LAPTOP. I ADVISED NOT TO REPAIR TO RETURN LAPTOP AS HE IS NOT HAPPY THAT I WILL GLADLY REFUND HIM . TILL NOW NO SIGN OF RETURN AND NEXT WENT TO LEAVE NEGATIVE. AVOID THIS EVIL HEARTED SOUL.
