This is not true. The DVD was brand new and factory sealed with a small tear in the front of the plastic wrap which was noted in the listing. No way a cd magically got out. It was double bubble wrapped and put in a heavy cardboard box. If as the buyer stated, the cd came out because of improper shipping, where is it? Wouldn’t it have been in the shipping box. This was a poor attempt to scam a partial refund. Now other sellers will see this and block this buyer
