    Excellent service from the seller. The only thing I can say about the product is that I am not very satisfied, since the games appear dark on the screen.

    We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We have sent out a number of these units and have never heard of them making the screen dark. We also have used one of these units in our test shop and we didn't experience any darkness on screen. Please check your TV's picture settings and ensure that your TV / console isn't the cause. If the unit we sent you is defective, please open a return.
