A very dishonest seller, not to be trusted

Buyer made a complaint which is completely not my fault, unfortunately the post office worker had put the package contents value at a greater value than the reel. Buyer never gave me the chance to resolve the issue. Anyone can check my previous feedback which shows I’m a genuine honest seller. So this feedback is completely unfair.
