First time I tried 2 eggs and it wouldn't work shells did not come off, I assumed maybe as I had chilled the eggs to stop the cooking process this may have been an issue. I then tried 4 eggs but this time did them hot straight from the pot I had 2 successfully come from the shell and 2 not. Can you confirm the little plastic point on the unit is what I hit the egg on? And also confirm if best to do when egg hot or cold? Also when hitting the egg do I hit the top or bottom of the egg? Thanks
