Unit was noisy bent and over all iffy. Should have been tossed out, not sold. However, nothing was promised. Technically it did seem to sharpen a pencil.

Buyer never reached out stating their was an issue. It could've been damaged during shipment. If someone has an issue with something I am more than willing to resolve it. I have issued plenty of refunds to people who were not happy with items, items didn't work the way they were intended, etc. But how am I suppose to know there is an issue with an item, or an item came damaged without the buyer reaching out and letting me know there is a problem? It's simple communication.
