Even tho these are supposed to be narrow, they were more like a medium width. The back/sides rode a little high and rubbed below my ankle bones. Had to get inserts to lift my heel up a bit. Clarks usually fit me quite well and are normally very comfortable. A bit surprise with these. Fit was less than perfect.
