    Item arrived as described and as I'd had this model previously, I got rid of the packaging. However, and this isn't the sellers fault, I'm very disappointed with the phone. It isn't a patch on my previous model but the main thing is the battery. I barely use the phone but the battery doesn't hold any charge and I have to charge it daily. My fault I can't return it.
