    This is wired correctly for how it is advertised: For a Notebook that has PS/2 port, not for a modern desktop that is offering a proprietary port for faster game respond in gaming. This cable and it's wiring has been standard for over 20 years in its Notebook application. It it is unfortunate that when gaming motherboards decided to add PS/2 ports, that they re-invented a new wiring instead of using the wiring already established in the industry.
