Hello! I have bought from this shop 2 Hamiltons and both were a bit scratched. When I contacted the seller and sent him photos to get some compensation, he told me to return the watch, but Im not from USA and its hard (expensive also) for me to return the watch. I think items with scratches should not be marked as "brand new" and seller should be more loyal with customers.
