Item performs as expected but because is so light have to be careful keep stable when hanging 2-3 kg dialysis bags on hooks, especially when used fully extended. However, this was known before purchase because of answers to questions. Therefore happy with purchase and recommend this seller.

I forwarded pictures of the damage and immediately received a response from the seller apologising and offering to send another fitting without the need to send the damaged one back.
