A week later, item showed that it now had a FEDEX tracking number. Contacted seller about this issue, and was told "they" dropped the ball. I'm not sure if "they" was the USPS or eBay. Regardless, the item arrived. Item was as described. Packaging could have been batter, no packing material inside box to keep item from banging around. Box in rough shape when it arrived.
