I purchased it in order to mod it and add a 128GB. I got a 2nd gen is because of bigger battery life. Unfortunately the vendor shipped me a 1st gen unit (click wheel and device colours don'ts match, and internal code is different), that has a lower battery life. After getting in touch, they insisted that the version was a 2nd gen on the 1st gen case (not the case) and tried to argue. After I proved that was not the case, their argument changed to "1st gen is more expensive" which is also false.
