Bought 3 of these for an 81 year old friend who doesn't do online shopping, 1 for herself and 2 for her to give as gifts. 2 arrived without the hanging hook, and my friend tells me that the one she has tried barely works. No point sending back to China, I did warn her it might be a case of getting what you pay for, and she'd have done better getting something more substantial even if more costly. Only positive was that it didn't take as long to arrive as originally suggested. Wouldn't recommend.
