The item I received is wonderful. But, the seller placed the item in the wrong type of packaging. Which led to me paying for it at my door in order to receive the package that was supposed to be free shipping. I contacted the seller and told them what happened and was basically told that didn't happen. Must have been a different seller. And then after I elaborated more, got no further messages. I'm a bit put out over this. Not great at communicating. Also, took awhile to ship.

Order was placed on holiday weekend, there was no mail so obviously it would take longer (you said you realized that). We paid for shipping at our local post office otherwise they wouldn't have accepted the package. Packaging doesn't determine postage cost, the weight does. So we don't know why your post office made you pay anything, you never said why they charged you. Sorry for any inconvenience but that's the post office, so out of our control. We did communicate this thru messages with you.
