Had to match the WFP for a 3 monitor setup - so despite the free return, having to drive an hour total to find a FedX is a MAJOR headache. Tech was trying to ship your order immediately and oversaw the 1 letter which is the W. We have these bagged ready to ship. We are not perfect. We are human and make mistakes!! LOL We provide UPS return labels. If you received a FedEx label is because you started a return via eBay before letting us provide you with a return label. Not our mistake on the return label. It is what it is.

DISCONNECT INTERNET before starting the first use process, to make offline local account option appear. DO THAT! Otherwise you defaul ALL of your files to the Cloud in microsoft's OneDrive (all files disappear if web is down.) AFTER reboot, ok to login to your Microsoft account. Best to "UNLINK OneDrive until YOU decide you need it

The screen doesn't have any dead pixels or scratches. The colors are a bit weird and dead when compared to the Ultrasharp 34" I have besides it. But not complaining cause it was worth the price.
