The product is great HOWEVER, they showed up a week later then promised. They created a shipping label then didn't send it out for another week. I tried to co tact the seller and all I got was that it had already shipped and a picture of the earrings open in a box next to a created shipping label. I could see where the label was created through usps tracking but it just said waiting to be shipped. I was very upset with the way the shipping and communication was handled.

The seller was great with commutation up until the order says Usps is still waiting on the item. I contacted seller a day before the estimated delievery time and still have not had a response. Still waiting as of 06/13/2024. I have not heard back and is very disappointed so far. The review will change if I recieve the item or if seller contacts but for now I am really disappointed.
