Why do you think you have to pay for another one? You bought one, and then sent about 15 messages asking what you owed and how much you paid and so on and so forth, My only response was that you already paid. You only paid once, and you received one item. Not sure what the issue is, but communicating before leaving negative feedback is generally the best practice.
