First shipment of Atlas Flex Track was apparently lost in transit, so seller resent it. The first order (the "missing" one) arrived two days later--in a box that was in horrible condition. I received the second shipment a week later--in a box that was still in great condition. I am pleased with the customer service--and was not charged for the replacement shipment.
